Shipping and Returns
Shipping within New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is free for all orders over $200.
Please allow a processing period of 2-3 days prior to dispatch of an item. All items are dispatched from Wellington via New Zealand Post.
The following options are available:
Standard Post: up to 3 working days (tracked)
Courier: Next day delivery (tracked)
Confirmation of your order will be sent upon dispatch, with your track and trace details. We cannot change delivery address details once an order has been dispatched. All orders are sent during normal business hours. Please allow delays due to orders being placed on weekends or public holidays. Postage and handling includes tracking.
We also ship worldwide! If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you. Please allow a processing period of 2-3 days prior to dispatch of an item. We do not send cushion inners overseas. Please email email@example.com if you have any queries.
We ship via New Zealand Post and the following options are available:
International Air: 3-10 working days (tracked)
International Courier: 2-6 working days (tracked and signature required on delivery)
We hope you love what you have bought. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the product/s provided that the product/s are in their original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their swing tags attached and packaged appropriately.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org telling us you wish to return an item and why and we will provide you with the return address. Initial postal fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty and we are unable to remedy with a replacement. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace. We will notify you once your item is received, please allow up to five working days for this to be processed.
For full price items, we will either exchange it, replace it or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Sale items are not eligible for a refund however you can choose to exchange these for something else.
